Shipping

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders.

How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

How long does shipping take?
Once shipped, standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship within the United States only.

What if my package is delayed?
Shipping timelines are estimates and may be impacted by carrier delays or weather. If your order appears significantly delayed, please reach out to us and we’ll gladly assist.

My tracking says delivered, but I don’t see my package. What should I do?
We recommend checking with neighbors, your local carrier, or building management first. If you’re still unable to locate it, contact us at support@verleehome.com and we’ll help review next steps.


Returns

What is your return window?
We accept eligible returns within 60 days of delivery.

How do I start a return?
Please contact us at support@verleehome.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions for the next steps.

Is there a return fee?
Yes. Returns refunded to the original payment method are subject to a flat $9 return fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Are returns free for store credit?
Yes. If you choose store credit, your return shipping fee is waived.

When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 10–14 business days for processing. After your refund is initiated, it typically appears in your account within 3–5 business days.

Are any items final sale?
Yes. Items marked Final Sale, clearance items, gift cards, and products noted as non-returnable are not eligible for return.

What if my item arrived damaged or defective?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@verleehome.com with photos of the item and packaging, and we’ll make it right.

 

This Shipping Policy describes how orders placed with Verlee (“Verlee,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) are processed and shipped. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

  1. Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Please allow one (1) to three (3) business days for order processing before shipment. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, promotions, product launches, or holidays.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  1. Free Shipping

Verlee offers free standard shipping within the United States on eligible orders. Free shipping applies only to standard shipping methods and does not apply to expedited or specialty delivery services unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue free shipping promotions at any time without notice.

  1. Shipping Timeframes

Standard shipping typically takes approximately three (3) to seven (7) business days after shipment, depending on destination and carrier operations. Shipping timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Verlee is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, supply chain disruptions, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

  1. Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped via major national carriers selected at our discretion. We are unable to guarantee a specific carrier unless otherwise stated at checkout.

  1. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout. Verlee is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.

  1. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Verlee is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, we recommend checking with neighbors, your local carrier, or your building management.

If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us at support@verleehome.com, and we will assist in filing a carrier claim when appropriate.

  1. Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the order to the shipping carrier.

  1. International Shipping

At this time, Verlee ships within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping.

  1. Shipping Policy Changes

We reserve the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website with an updated “Last Updated” date.
